General Return Guidelines:
- All returns must be pre-authorized via email at support@luxycigar.com.
- Returns must be initiated and mailed within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Items returned without pre-authorization will be subject to a 50% restocking fee deducted from any eligible refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged upon arrival).
Cigar Boxes, Bundles, and Tins:
- Pre-authorization is required for all returns of cigar boxes, bundles, or full tin units. Please email support@luxycigar.com to initiate a return.
- If a cigar box, bundle, or full tin unit is unopened and visibly damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@luxycigar.com for pre-authorization. A delay in notification may preclude your return.
- Photo evidence is required for all cigars that are damaged upon receipt. Photos can be uploaded when you contact us for pre-authorization.
- New, unopened cigar boxes, bundles, or full tin units may be eligible for a full refund minus original shipping charges.
- If more than one cigar is missing from an open box, bundle, or full tin unit, the item will generally not be eligible for a full refund. The item may be eligible for a partial refund corresponding to the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping charges.
- Cigars that have been cut or smoked are NOT eligible for a refund.
- Promotional items included with a returned order must also be returned. Failure to return promotional items may result in a restocking fee equivalent to their retail price being deducted from any eligible refund.
Other Cigars and Tobacco Products:
- Cigar Samplers, 5-Packs, Single Cigars, Auction wins, Closeout Corner items, and Steals and Deals items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
- Cigar of the Month packs, Build a Sampler packs, and Pipe Tobacco cannot be returned unless unopened and visibly damaged. You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@luxycigar.com for pre-authorization. A delay in notification may preclude your return.
